The 9 square meter room exudes a musty smell. Poor equipment, old furniture, rumbling refrigerators and air conditioners. The food was unpalatable and unhygienic, and there were flies on the fruit. Because there were no rooms at White Beach that day, I had to make do with one night here, but there was nothing I could do. Bear with it. This kind of hotel should not appear on Ctrip.

My husband and I stayed in one of the garden view rooms during our stay at the Giftun azur resort. The room was pleasant, although it did require updating, but it was well serviced every day with fresh linen, towels, and refreshments placed in the fridge for us. The gardens are particularly spectacular with daily maintenance in place. The resort has its own beach with plenty of sunbeds. The main and beach restaurants serve a variety of well-made fresh foods and drinks with a good variety on offer. There are other restaurants, and these are at an extra charge to the all-inclusive basis The entire staff of the resort are very pleasant, helpful, and polite, always willing to help at any time. The entertainment team is very enthusiastic, providing day and evening entertainment daily from outside games to shows in the theatre and meeting point. Ellie is a fun filled enthusiastic member of the team who takes time out to introduce herself and chat to the guests. Overall, the Giftun is the ideal holiday for couples and families alike.

the whole hotel was great from start to finish, the staff are just wonderful always welcoming, and happy to help. there are many activities available from the hotel and it is a place where you can go for a walk in the sunset. the hotel is very clean, the is alwasy staff cleaning around meaning that there is never a time when its dirty. My only complaint was the food, some of it wasn't great however there are so many things available in the buffet that there's always something to eat. the pool is spotless and warm, and the beach is well-maintained. In particular the reception staff and bar indoor bar staff just made my experience they always offered help and were happy to just have a conversation

The beach is awsome the room is clean and the party Each night is amazing and also the food breakfast ,dinner and lunch is incredible i always come her like each 2 months cause its really comfortable place for me and all ppl here are freindly and Smiling

The hotel is very very nice and we had a good time. The animation is very lovely and the service team is good and friendly. The shows in the evenings are very good and interesting. We like to come back and enjoy this time again. So lovely and nice hotel.

Its really good and funny i have met really nice people everyone is nice to you and the hotel is cozy the room is clean and the beds are comfy the evenings are never boring its always fun and you can enjoy youre evening wirh everyone with Music and dancing and free drinks the cocktails are really tasty and they always look good the food is good too they have different Mensa every day from morning to evening you can even eat at night if you want. The Pool looks really good and the beach is pretty too you cna get free drinks at the pool ,there are many cats they are really cute they always come to you.
