The room was spacious and clean, especially the shower – it felt like you could fit four or five people in there! After staying in so many hotels over the past few days in Egypt, I finally found one with no hair on the sheets! The facilities were excellent, reminding me of hotels back home. The hotel itself was very chill and felt like a proper vacation spot with beautiful views. We even ran into a local film crew shooting there that night. I stayed in building 4, which was very quiet. The only downside was that the ground floor didn't get much natural light; it felt a bit like a cave without the lights on. The service attitude at the lobby could use some improvement, but the restaurant staff and other staff around the hotel were quite friendly. Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I would definitely come back again.

They upgraded us to a family room in Building 4, which was quite close to the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was surprisingly good, not at all what I expected. For breakfast and lunch, there are two main restaurants, and for dinner, there are four. It's true that the cuisine is predominantly 'Western,' with options from Europe, Egypt, Morocco, India, and Southeast Asia. However, don't expect any Chinese, Japanese, or Korean food. The service was excellent as well.

Egyptian Red Sea Hotel - Full Positive Review (Including Buffet Restaurant) This stay was an absolute delight! The hotel's location is incredible, with a private beach right outside, facing the Red Sea. The water is jelly-blue, the beach is clean, and it's never too crowded. Perfect for walks, sunbathing, and snorkeling. Every photo taken here looks like a masterpiece. The room has an Arabian resort style, spacious and clean, with an unbeatable sea-view balcony. Watching the sunrise in the morning and the sunset over the sea in the evening truly sets the mood. I especially want to praise the buffet restaurant: the selection is incredibly rich, offering Middle Eastern specialties, seafood, BBQ, Western dishes, desserts, and fruits – everything! The flavors are very suitable for Chinese palates, not too greasy. The ingredients are fresh, and the variety changes daily. Breakfast and dinner are always satisfying. Drinks and juices are also plentiful, and you can enjoy the sea view while dining by the window. A perfect experience! The hotel staff are warm, attentive, and friendly, with high efficiency. The overall atmosphere is quiet and not noisy, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway and unwinding. I genuinely recommend this place for a Red Sea vacation!

The hotel environment is great. The room interiors are a bit dated, but still quite clean. The sea view room offers an excellent view, perfect for photos. The food is also decent, and overall, the service is good.

Honestly, the only downside is its slightly remote location. If you have the time, it's perfect for a 1-2 night stay. The hotel is incredibly photogenic, and the food is excellent, with meals available pretty much all day. The desserts and drinks are great too. Full marks, highly recommend!

This is a fantastic resort! They have several restaurants to choose from, and there's plenty to do with ping pong and volleyball. It's also very clean, and the staff are highly professional. A really great place!

The front desk had a Chinese-speaking staff member who explained everything very clearly. We arrived at noon, and our room wasn't ready yet, so he suggested we go for lunch. Around 2 PM, the room was cleaned, and he proactively assigned us a room in Building 5 (where all the guests on that floor were Chinese). The view was truly amazing, and sitting on the balcony watching the sunset in the evening was incredibly relaxing. Regarding the restaurants, we didn't try the Italian restaurant that required reservations, but we tried all the others. The dishes were all pretty similar. I'd like to commend a server at the Culina restaurant who was super enthusiastic. Every time she saw us, she greeted us and proactively asked what we wanted to drink. It's a shame I didn't catch her name. Since we had a 5-year-old child with us, the hotel proactively provided an extra bed, which we were very satisfied with! For two days, we spent all our time snorkeling and swimming at the beach enclosed by rocks; we didn't even go to the pool. Remember to ask staff to exchange your used towels for towel cards. If the staff doesn't have towel cards on them, you'll need to go to the towel station to exchange your card yourself. When checking out, we called the front desk (dial 20 from the room phone) to request a car, and it arrived very quickly.
