The room was very spacious, and all meals were included. The beef at dinner was excellent, and breakfast was also good. The place was very clean overall, and there was a shuttle bus service. I highly recommend staying in Hurghada.

The biggest factor that made our holiday so special was definitely the hotel's wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. Every detail was meticulously thought out, and the rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The food was varied, but Turkish. As guests, I didn't eat much of it, although it appealed to our culture. That might be because I'm a picky eater, so I'm not criticizing it. You can also ask the hotel staff for information about diving tours, etc. There's a wonderful children's pool with plenty of activities for children. However, what impressed us most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. From the reception to the restaurant staff, from the cleaning staff to the entertainment team, everyone was focused on guest satisfaction. We felt right at home. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hard work!

It was pretty good. The environment was nice. I booked a set meal that included a full meal. When I checked out the next day, because my flight was late, I asked the front desk to extend my check-out time to 3 pm. The service was excellent.

The hotel is too big, I couldn't walk to my room, I needed to call the front desk to ask a car to pick me up. Everything else was good, beyond my expectations.

We live in Hurghada, often come to the hotels of the Azurr chain for the weekend, we have a frequent guest card. They gave us a good room in a villa, there is essentially no sea, the food is very mediocre. But the most disgusting attitude towards the guest was from the employee Christina (guest relations), after dinner we were sitting on the open terrace near the restaurant and I took sweets from the restaurant (I did not know that they were not allowed to be taken out to the terrace, no one stopped me or said anything when leaving the restaurant), a waiter comes to us (I do not remember his name, but as we were told later, he was new) and says that you can't eat here, we said ok, that's it, go (no one was rude to him or raised their voice). After 5 minutes, Christina comes and, without understanding the situation, begins to accuse US (the guests) of a huge thing, that we sent the waiter!!!!! What a customer service and attitude towards guests. In the end, my husband went to the reception, explained the situation to the manager, they called the waiter, they apologized to us. I have been to many hotels around the world, but this is the first time I have seen this. Kristina and the waiter should definitely be fired.

A very dedicated team in a hotel that is unfortunately showing its age. Hurghada unfortunately doesn't have much to offer other than snorkeling. Since we had booked all-inclusive, we spent a lot of time in the hotel complex. The animation team tried extremely hard, but it was still really boring. Internet is a rarity. You can only get internet access after trying to log on several times (and only in the lobby). The short programs in the evening weren't bad. Unfortunately, it was repetitive and you were still bored around the program. I feel a bit sorry for the animation team because they had to dance to the same songs several times a day and every day of the week. They didn't have the means to entertain us at all. It would be terribly monotonous for younger travelers. If you just want to lie by the pool, you'll definitely get your money's worth here. The food was obviously varied. It felt like you were always seeing the same ingredients in different variations. For example, there was minced meat served as a Bolognese, as a kebab skewer, as small meatballs, etc. It always tasted the same, only the eye was satisfied. However, the salad bar was very good. The waiters were courteous and occasionally a little flirty. But that probably has something to do with the mentality in general. Overall, a positive experience. Suitable for a family vacation. But we won't be coming back a second time.
