The massage, the sauna, the turkish bath were all good. It was a pleasant experience untill the final moment. The staff was very agressive on requesting money as tips even though I told the guy called " Zizo" or " Ziso " that I do not have money on me, he kept insisting. He told me go to the atm and come back to tip him . He behaved very rudely with me and my girlfriend when I told him I don't have money on me and neither my card. I do not recommend this place because of that guy ! Even though I tipped him 2 euro, he was still unpleased and did not behave properly.

Had the full hamman , spa and massage experience at The Rivoli Spa and suites in Hurghada. It was arranged by our rep at the hotel and was very reasonably priced, transfer included. Thought the service very professional. Staff are fully trained and attentive. The hamman itself was the real deal and a very refreshing, reviving experience - never had anything like it before. Noticed quite a few local gals so it's not just for us tourists. (They do hair, nails and facials too - saw some amazing gel nails, black and gold, real work of art if you like that sort of thing.) Can thoroughly recommend.

Noisy rooms on the street side, was the worst night I ever had in my life in a hotel, it feels like I spent the night outside on the Main Street. I went to the reception to change , they said it was overbooked !!than after a while they accepted to give me an other room but that one was still on the same side one floor above which wouldn’t change anything.
