Facilities: Excellent. The Wi-Fi is super fast! They have European standard sockets. There's also a gym, swimming pool, and more. Cleanliness: Spotless. It's cleaned daily. Service: Good, the staff are all pretty friendly and helpful.

The place and the service are good. The animation team are a bit rubbish. However, the external performers are excellent. We saw a marching band and a fire act which were both excellent. The place states it’s a 5 star ultra all inclusive, I would say personally that it’s a good 4 star. I would possibly stay again but I’m not in any rush to go back.

The staff here is amazing! They are super friendly and they work hard. The place is insanely clean. The beds are amazing, probably the best bed I ever slept in. We didn't really like the wine. Sometimes at night we were a little bit hungry, but there was no snack at night. It would have been nice if there was a little something to eat, like some prepacked snacks. In short, I can really recommend this place!

New hotel, facilities are pretty good, have a view of the beach, about 3KM to the airport. When Checking out, my wife forgot her iPhone in the room, the hotel staff found it and brought back to us, really apprecating their kind help and service.
