Very convenient and clean my children loved the pool. Not far from cedar point. Staff were nice and helpful. Good shower in our room. Some of the other guests were loud but it was real busy.

The wife and I had an incredible time not bad for the price. Service was excellent. The only thing we have to complain was their didn’t seem to be hot water besides in the hot tub in our room so we took baths in there.

This was terrible. One night and that was more than enough. Booked specifically for the hot tub cause my son had been begging to go to a hotel with a hot tub. When we arrived they said it hadn’t worked in 3-4 months. Dogs were barking ALL NIGHT waking up my 5 year old over and over again. Called the front desk and the assistant manager told me my only option was they can refund me and I can leave. They said it’s a pet friendly hotel and that they bark all the time but usually calm down. Said there was nothing they could do as the dogs have been staying there for months. There was hair all over the bathtub and the beds are like sleeping on cement. I didn’t have very high hopes to begin with but it was worse than I expected

Trying to check in, and someone is already sleeping in our prepaid room.
It's 1:30 in the morning, and they can't figure out what to do. Meanwhile, my kids are sleeping in the hallway.

Very clean rooms clean pool ****** but hey can't go wrong with prices with a pool people friendly good food around the area nice for ceder point
