Very pleasant hotel for a one-night stopover.
Spacious free parking.
Friendly staff, both at reception and in restaurant.
Nice room design, single room was spacious enough and bed fairly comfortable.
I loved the restaurant: great food (in particular dinner, but free breakfast was quite nice as well) and they have nice outdoor seating (backside, away from the main street).
Only downside was that they had major issues with air-conditioning and the whole system was not working (hopefully solved soon as I was told a technician would come next day). In the first room I got, the aircon kept making an annoying noise (even turned off). Fortunately, reception gave me another room (still no aircon but at least no noise). The last room on the 3rd floor had huge windows which could be opened like doors, so the room cooled down sufficiently during night anyway.

We were visiting Cologne and booked this hotel. It's a bit far away from Cologne, but it's not a problem for us because we are driving by ourselves. The hotel room is relatively large, the staff is very friendly, there is free parking, and breakfast is included for free. The important thing is that the breakfast is very good, not so-so. If you drive to Cologne by car, it is recommended to stay here.

Comfortable experience, free parking. Free bottled water*2. It was a pleasant surprise that the room had slippers and a coffee machine.
2 minutes walk is netto discount supermarket, turn right is HIT supermarket, there is a shelf full of instant noodles (Nissin & Demae Itcho)
