Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

Good hot springs. You get complimentary tickets as you check-in. Breakfast is nice. They have mix of Western and Chinese food. The view is amazing Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool facilities were alright The place gave a vibe of retirement house. A lots of Chinese grandpas and grandmas ruin five-star hotel magic by their rural behaviour. The customer service doesn't meet 5 star hotel grade. We met only 1 staff who was able to speak English. There is no any food service in hotel after 11 pm which is also shame for 5 star hotel

You can directly see the lake view and the Sheraton Hotel opposite. The room is very soundproof. There is almost no sound when there are people living next door. It is very quiet. The double wash basin, automatic toilet, Ou Shu single supplies including Bluetooth speakers are basically in line with the hotel quality, and it is quite comfortable to live in. The hotel is a five-star resort hotel converted from a former factory. We booked a room with a Republic of China style. Hotel restaurant that needs to be complained: There are not many varieties of breakfast. It is not too late to go there at 8:30. The hot dishes are cold, and there are only 4 or 5 dishes. After toasting two slices of bread, I didn’t find butter, let alone Western tableware. There is no fresh milk at the drink place. Due to the cold weather, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant business is good. It was basically full at six o'clock. The two ordered 3 dishes, fried eel shreds, garlic lettuce, and dried scallop vermicelli baby cabbage. Three dishes ended up with two wrong dishes (lettuce with oyster sauce and vermicelli pot). Suggestion: The management of the restaurant needs to be improved. After crossing a bridge, you will reach Guanghui Palace Pier. The environment in the hotel is very elegant, the garden scenery is exquisite, and the front desk service attitude is very good. The triple parent-child room is spacious, with terraces in front and back, where you can drink tea and feel the misty water town. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom is open and has no privacy. It is recommended to stick an opaque film on the sliding door and install an opaque glass door in the toilet.
