I'll definitely stay here again next time. The service was so thoughtful, and the front desk staff, Arthur, proactively introduced the hotel facilities. The room he arranged was fantastic, with a beautiful lake view and sunrise. He also shared travel tips with us, which was incredibly considerate and saved us a lot of unnecessary trouble. The hotel is only about a 10-minute drive from the scenic area, and getting a taxi is very convenient.

The hotel's exterior caught my eye right away – it's really stylish and beautifully decorated. Hilton never disappoints! The rooms are very spacious, perfect for family trips. While breakfast was decent, I wish the lounge food could be improved. Although the staff were friendly, there were times when issues weren't resolved, which was a bit uncomfortable. Still, I'd recommend it to friends.

How could I stay at the Moon Hotel and not the Sun Hotel? This Hilton truly exceeded expectations! The room was spacious, and the kids' facilities were incredibly comprehensive! We were also pleasantly surprised by the travel photography service – the lady at the kids' club was so kind, and a big shout-out to the lady who gave us a gift! Also, kudos to the handsome guy who took our travel photos; Mom was especially pleased!

Jelena's service was thoughtful and impeccable, and all the staff were gentle and polite. The room was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a great night's rest. It's perfectly suited for both business trips and leisure travel. It was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended.

The 5th-floor lobby is luxurious and grand. The room was clean and comfortable, featuring a high-quality smart toilet. The complimentary afternoon tea had a great variety of delicious desserts, perfect for photos! The hotel's Chinese restaurant served dishes that were both beautifully presented and tasty. Overall, it was excellent value for money.

The hotel's environment and facilities are, on the whole, of a very high standard. Both the exterior and interior construction craftsmanship are top-notch, and the soft furnishings and linens are exquisite and clean. The front desk reception and service staff are friendly and polite, making you feel right at home. I personally really love it and have already recommended it to friends and family.

I booked a duplex suite with a slide, and my son absolutely loved it, so much so that he was too excited to sleep. The staff also reminded us about the slide safety precautions. Rosy and Ryan were both very welcoming, highly recommend! Facilities: The spherical interior design of the hotel is beautiful, especially for kids who love elevators. My son really enjoyed the views from the hotel's panoramic elevator.

The hotel rooms and lobby are amazing! The service is also great 👍 Every photo you take here turns out like a masterpiece. The only downside is the slightly remote location, but Huzhou is less than 5 kilometers from Nanxun Ancient Town, and the hotel offers a shuttle service.
