The front desk staff, Xiao Wang, was incredibly thoughtful. Her voice was gentle, and she was very patient, proactively telling us about nearby facilities, breakfast times, and check-in details. She promptly helped us with our travel and luggage storage needs. Her service was professional and meticulous, making us feel very welcome. The service experience was perfect, and the value for money is excellent. Highly recommended!

My stay was very satisfying this time. The environment was great, and the room was exceptionally clean. The service was also very thoughtful; they even sent up a fruit platter.

High floors offer city views or Xishanyang Wetland scenery, and are quiet and peaceful. The breakfast selection is rich, and there's free underground parking, which is convenient for those driving. Xiao Jiang at the front desk provided very thoughtful service and had a great attitude.

I've stayed here multiple times, and overall it's pretty good. It's really close to Wanda Plaza, making it convenient for getting around. The only downside is the soundproofing, which isn't great – but honestly, that's an issue with most hotels.

The location is a bit out of the way, so it's best if you're driving. It's about a 50-minute drive from Nanxun. The hotel price was really good value. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are decent. The bedding was also nice. The underground parking is very convenient. Breakfast had a standard selection.
