酒店在信業ICC大廈內，有點“高大上”的感覺，交通很方便，去衣裳街、狀元街很近，步行十多分鐘就到了，去再遠的月亮廣場在浙北大廈乘4路公交車直達，不耽誤欣賞喜來登酒店和漁人碼頭的美麗夜景。
房間乾淨衞生，設施特別齊全

這輩子沒有這麼無語過，凌晨12:55分本來已經睡著了，前台打電話來説我們有個外賣，我已經明確表示不是我們的外賣，我們已經休息了，有什麼明天再説。凌晨1:02分竟然又一個電話把我吵醒，説這不是我們的外賣…我請問呢？？知道被吵醒兩次之後會多難入睡嗎？害我直接失眠到夜裡三點多！！工作人員對客人毫無尊重，再也不會來！

優缺點很明顯，總體來説下次選住宿會更謹慎。
先説優點：
房間寬敞樓層高窗很大，地段好交通方便，有簡易電磁爐油煙機消毒櫃洗衣機，電熱水壺電吹風也有。衞生間有簡易晾衣繩。服務態度好。
百來塊住這裏本來是驚喜，但入夜逐漸get驚嚇。
再説缺點：
1.淋浴器極坑，熱水僅有20分鐘左右，洗一半變冷水，致電前台，回覆就是這樣的，下一輪熱水在40分鐘後。
2.空調聲音響燈光關不掉，折騰半天衹好關空調。
3.隔音差。空調關閉後空調外機仍然聲音非常明顯。早上住隔壁的人正常用水，聲音非常響，彷彿在我耳邊用水，直接被吵醒。
4.衞生總體還行，邊邊角角溝溝縫縫懂的都懂。

是在ICC 15樓 類似公寓型的模式 房間還可以 有洗衣機 暖氣有點不夠暖 （但是不至於會冷那種 就是沒有很暖和） 隔音還可以 對於睡眠質量差的人來説這點比較重要 距離衣裳街小西街很近 步行就可以到達 吃喝玩樂比較方便 總體還不錯

位置:市中心，交通便利，出行方便.距離衣裳街很近，走路幾分鐘就到
環境:大堂寬敞明亮，乾淨，一進門就有一股淡淡的禪茶香非常好聞!酒店環境也很乾凈，設施也很整齊，還可以欣賞窗外的風景，隔音質量也很好，可以保證晚上睡眠的質量，還有免費的早餐，這家酒店還是挺不錯的。
服務:服務很好，各種問題都能很好的解決，前台服務員工作細心。有禮貌，會主動問候，一直都笑眯眯的，感覺很舒服。

設施：設施齊全，冰箱洗衣機都有，很方便
衞生：打掃的很乾凈，物品擺放整齊
環境：房間很寬敞，光線很好，晚上還可以看見夜景
服務：服務很到位，前台辦理入住很快，會細心的告知房間樓層等等一些細節問題，客房阿姨人很好，需要什麼會及時送來
酒店位於市中心，周邊有許多特色小吃和景點，非常適合來附近遊玩的朋友
