Garden Grand Hotel Nanxun

The hotel upgraded us to an Executive Room for free, which was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. They delivered fresh fruit daily, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel also has a large garden with a lake. The staff were attentive and professional, making us feel right at home. It's definitely a five-star service, and overall, the value for money is exceptional.

True to its name, this is a garden hotel, surrounded by lush greenery and dotted with various gardens. You can also experience the steamboat on the lake. The breakfast selection is extensive. The location is superb—just a 10-minute walk directly to Xiaolianzhuang, making evening strolls through the ancient town super convenient. You can even take a sculling boat to Baijianlou.

The hotel has a beautiful view and spacious rooms with excellent service. The rooms are clean, and check-in was efficient. The breakfast offers a rich variety of Chinese and Western options. The hotel is very close to Nanxun Ancient Town. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

No issues with service, dining, or the environment – truly excellent! However, I do want to mention that the hotel's security personnel might not be hotel staff but rather from a property management company. Cars with four wheels can park in both the underground garage and above ground. My friend and I arrived on motorcycles with luggage, and we were forced to park 300 meters away from the lobby entrance. We were told this was a hotel rule! I get the impression that this hotel might consider guests who drive cars to be more 'noble' and therefore deserving of special arrangements... while those of us on two-wheeled bicycles and motorcycles are expected to strictly follow the rules. I was left lugging a pile of luggage and breaking a sweat just to get into the hotel. I've attached photos of the numerous cars parked right at the entrance as proof.

This is a garden-style hotel with a beautiful environment and fresh air. You can even hear birds chirping in the morning. The breakfast is also very rich, and eating by the window feels incredibly relaxing. It's quite close to the South Gate of Nanxun Ancient Town.

I brought my kids to visit Nanxun Ancient Town on the weekend and checked into the hotel. I booked a parent-child suite. Due to the previous resident's reasons, the hotel front desk manager changed and upgraded the room for us. The service was very thoughtful and in place. The children loved the 45-minute experience of the electric boat for two adults and one child. The silk scarf souvenir was also very exquisite. Next time I come to Jiaxing with my family, I will choose this hotel to stay.

The room was very big. We arrived early, so the staff upgraded our room to the executive floor. The room was spacious and bright, with a large bathtub. The 1-year-old baby was very happy to walk around. Our housekeeper, Miss Huang Zunxiu, was very considerate. She kept asking about our needs, sent us takeout, bathtub covers, etc., and asked about our well-being. She also gave the baby a cute little Nezha doll. We ate buffets at the hotel for three meals a day. It was very cost-effective and there were many choices. In my spare time, my child's father and I took turns to go to the gym and swimming pool. It was a very pleasant weekend and a happy parent-child time. Highly recommended, I will come back to stay in the future!

The service is very good. Every staff member I met greeted me warmly. Guanjiaxiu responded promptly. There is a small garden in the hotel where you can take a walk. There are two large lawns, but it was raining. There is also a water park with obstacles and electric boats to play. There is a coffee bar in the lobby, which is green and has a good view. There is a pool at the door with many fish. The children were very happy to feed the fish. The twin room can be put together. Welcome fruit was given. We played in the swimming pool. The breakfast variety is OK. The freshly cooked noodles tasted good, and the stir-fried dishes were also good. There are not many people in the hotel. It is suitable for bringing children to avoid the crowds.
