Atour Hotel Huzhou Nanxun Ancient Town

When I travel, I often choose Atour Hotels because I trust their quality. The Atour in Nanxun is no exception; it's well-located with convenient parking. The room was spacious and comfortable. Very satisfied! 👍

Robot delivery service: Food delivery was very fast, and they brought everything we requested. The hotel is a decent distance from the high-speed train station, about a 15-minute drive. Service: The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. They even had band-aids and cotton swabs when I needed them.

The hotel bathroom door's weatherstripping was missing, and it cut my foot. A staff member came to look, called a technician to fix it, and that was it. They didn't even bother to check on me afterward. Absolutely no service to speak of. One-star review.

Late-night Porridge Restaurant: Great! Not only do they have congee, but also delicious mini steamed buns. Service: Excellent, especially the front desk staff. It's a shame that the small tickets are no longer available. Breakfast is rich and varied, with options like double-topping noodles. Parking is convenient; you can just take a taxi to the ancient town.
