Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

The service was excellence with special thanks to Ms. Andy and the Manager - Mr. York Chen. During my stay, although was just one day, York was very attentive to my request. He personally led us to our room after the check in. He will text me to update on the best timing to have breakfast, to view the light up of the hotel and more. Andy was very patience in helping me to checking. As it was our anniversary, Ms. Andy initiated on giving us a cake and a bottle of red wine for our celebration. Kudos to both of you.

The hotel is a five-star resort hotel converted from a former factory. We booked a room with a Republic of China style. The room design is novel, the service is excellent, and the butler service is thoughtful and meticulous. He also helped to push some ancient town travel guides, which is very good. Hotel restaurant that needs to be complained: There are not many varieties of breakfast. It is not too late to go there at 8:30. The hot dishes are cold, and there are only 4 or 5 dishes. After toasting two slices of bread, I didn’t find butter, let alone Western tableware. There is no fresh milk at the drink place. Due to the cold weather, I had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant business is good. It was basically full at six o'clock. The two ordered 3 dishes, fried eel shreds, garlic lettuce, and dried scallop vermicelli baby cabbage. Three dishes ended up with two wrong dishes (lettuce with oyster sauce and vermicelli pot). Suggestion: The management of the restaurant needs to be improved. I am quite satisfied with the hotel room, and I especially thank the butler Wang Yajie for his thoughtful service.
