Outdated facility. Cancelled my room key at 10 am before checking out. Charged US$35 for breakfast. Super greedy!

Elephant Hill Resort is a gem in Zimbabwe! Not only is the scenery here picturesque, but also the wild animals are within reach. The service is warm and thoughtful, and the rooms are comfortable and warm. Every breath is a gift from nature, and every experience is an unforgettable memory. Highly recommended for you who love nature and adventure!

酒店離瀑布鎮大慨10分鐘車程，但9am-9pm有一小時一班的免費班車去瀑布公園。 酒店是老派的高大尚，環境優美，前台員工熱情，雖然不能幫我們預約去贊比亞的觀光，但不厭其煩地幫我們聯繫了去贊比亞側瀑布公園的跨境的士，讓我們有了一個全景的瀑布遊。

We had a wonderful stay here. Huge hotel and a bit dated but the staff were extremely helpful, views are amazing especially from the dining areas, beautiful pool although it wasn’t quite warm enough for a swim just yet. Rooms were well appointed with coffee/tea making, amenities and bug spray. It was lovely roaming around the complex and encountering animals just made the trip. Meals were mostly good but not cheap when paying in US$ and staff helpful and attentive. The Shuttle service they operate to and from Vic Falls was brilliant with a very helpful driver (provided additional advice, helped us find a venue, dropped us there and picked us up) they always aim to please.

I chose well with this resort while staying at Victoria Falls. The resort was perfectly located a short driving distance from Victoria Falls town and the actual Victoria Falls Park on the Zimbabwe side. I loved how warm and welcoming the staff were here and I immediately noticed it as soon as I arrived with how they greeted me and the welcome smoothie I was given. My room overall was great and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, but it does look aged in some parts particularly in the bathroom in the bathtub and around the shower and sink knobs. That was only a minor gripe though and it didn’t deter me from enjoying my stay too much, I loved how they had a can of bug spray in the room for guests to use in case we didn’t bring one. Trust me you will need that can of bug spray haha because there’s a lot of bugs and mosquitoes flying around outside. The food the resort served at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner was excellent every time I went! The resort itself had lots to offer as well besides great food and drinks. There was a swimming pool area, spa, golf course, and an opportunity to walk out into the national park that surrounded the resort. At times I would see wildlife outside my hotel room balcony too which was cool to see. So overall, this was a great resort and one that I recommend consider staying at when you visit Victoria Falls! - Nolan

I enjoyed the great views from my balcony, the Zambezi River, the golf course, wild animals grazing on the lawn and the golden sunset. I have been here several times and each time hits differently. I will keep coming back!

Luxirious nature resort within a national park, Deer and antelope, even boars keep roaming around in the campus, if you get a higher floor, you can see the rainbow and the mist from the Victoria falls. Witness the beautiful sunrise and magnificent sunsets. There are three swimming pools, one tennis court and a golf course too. Good food, courteous staff. You can book your elephant / lion / cheetah interaction tours, helicopter ride to Victoria Falls and physically visit the falls too. Remember to take raincoats. Peaceful city, not too much of traffic, airport is just 20 minutes from the resort. Remember to buy local sim card on Airport, as no international roaming works.

We had the opportunity to go for an excursion in Botswana because the venue is close to Botswana. The venue is located in a game park and we had the opportunity to see wildlife in the vicinity.

The property is classic The ambience is top notch The environment is beautiful surrounded by breathtaking views and vegetation. The staff service is fantastic.
