As a frequent business traveler, choosing a hotel is very important to me. I rarely make comments, but I must make comments on this hotel: First, when booking the hotel, I asked for a quiet room, but after I checked in, I found that my room was facing the intercity railway and it was running until 12 o'clock, so the room was very noisy. After calling the front desk and asking to change the room, they said it would take 20 minutes, but after waiting for 20 minutes, they still didn't arrive. When I called them again and asked them to change immediately, they could solve it in 3 minutes, which proved that they didn't really care about the feelings of customers. Second, after arriving at the new room, the table lamp in the room was broken, and I waited for 30 minutes again to change the table lamp. Finally, when ordering, I ordered a vegetarian dish. The waiter forgot to order it the first time. After the second order, I urged them three times. After waiting for an hour and a half, the vegetarian dish finally came, but I had already finished it. The hotel staff said they were sorry that they could waive the bill, but I didn't ask for a waiver, I just needed to return the dish. The next morning, the chef was waiting for me in the restaurant, and he was very sorry and gave me a small gift. I am very grateful for this, but it still shows that the hotel's food service is very slow, which seriously affects the guests' time. I hope the hotel can make improvements!
