Pleasant stay, staff was helping, breakfast was awesome, location is very near to the major sights for tourist

The stay was neat and comfortable. Toiletry not provided in the room I checked in. This was the only setback.

First of all there was no fridge in room,have asked they said it's on maintenance,2 .AC not cooling.3.If you go out and come by evening there was a pathetic waiter standing inside ask you daily have you got room. very pathetic.Break fast is ok.But needs to maintain good hospitality.they give you only 1 dental kit for your stay either it was for 1 day or 3 days.For me not Upto mark. not worth what I paid for.

The rooms were not very clean and hygiene. Beds were also okay. Not very comfortable. Not good at all for the amount I paid

I and my mother had an exceptional experience at The Platinum Business Boutique hotel in Himayat Nagar Hyderabad. Warm welcome. Tasty food. Friendly and respectful behaviour from the staff.

Property Location is excellent. Rooms are clean and quite decent in size. Executive rooms have a lot of floor space. This Hotel has a veg restaurant, the food is really fresh and good. Overall, perfect value for money. The staff is really supportive.

All ok ,support staff are awesome and respond quickly to the problem,need to improve in food service

I checked in this hotel after I checked out from a creepy hotel. I felt safe here. Thanks to one of my friends who suggested me this hotel.

Property is good- Bhaskar was very helpful - they have done renovations so room and washroom was clean and neat

In make my trip suggestion i find the stay and very useful l but they changed for early check in thousand for one rooms total we booked two rooms

This property is under construction, totally not approachable. Dust, aggressive working men, irritating noise from early morning to late night and horrible smell all over. Don't even consider this unprofessionally run property. Room windows were covered with wooden shields. As we refused to stay there and complained we were told to leave the hotel. Without refund. We had paid for five nights. First time ever for us, this kind of misbehaviour, under all possible judgment.

The hotel looks premium from the outside but it's a whole different story inside. The staff was polite and welcoming and catered to our requests. The rooms were definitely not 3 star worthy. The first room we got had mould and the ac was too loud. On enquiring they said they were sold out and didn't have another room for the same price, which i confirmed online. They gave us a suite room because of our complaint. It was a good room except the washroom was unclean. Since it was for a day, we didn't raise any other concern. The reason for me not to choose this hotel the next time would be that i had booked the room a month back and yet i did not get a good room.

The hotel was good and well maintained. the response from the staff was good. The staff was very polite and helpful 🙂

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is causing significant noise. Initially, i was assigned a room that was not cleaned, and both the ac and intercom were not functioning. After waiting for two hours and escalating the issue, i was given another room where the flush was not working, and there was no hot water in the morning. It's not worth visiting this hotel until the renovations are fully completed and all existing issues are resolved.
