Food and service are great.
Location is not great.
There is foul smell at hotel entrance through out the stay.

I booked this hotel fir my business associates Very nice breakfast with super customer service. At the reception we were helped by zakariya and his team. They were very professional with great Indian hospitality . Rooms are very good and highly recommended for business travelers.

Excellent team always available to help. Highly recommended. Very near to financial district. Roast 24 seven is very good. Front office 10 on 10 , housekeeping 10 on 10. Check in and check out very smooth. Market and other areas of interest nearby.

We celebrated my son's first birthday at Deccan serai grand Gachibowli, on terrace.. Superb ambience..food quality is also great..staff are very polite and supportive. Thank you Mr Vikas, Abhishek and Madhu for beautiful elegant set up..

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. I would like to mention about the staff.. they are really good and customer friendly. Many thanks to duty manager Ms Manushya for helping us with early check-in and late check-out. I would definitely recommend having dinner at Roast 24x7 once during your stay!!

It was a comfortable room maintained nicely Service also is good . Atmosphere was nice and ambience also , food was also excellent. If i come to Hyderabad again i will surely book this hotel only .it is good to stay with friends and family nicely enjoyed

This property is excellent, with well-behaved and well-trained staff. In particular, Anuswya was highly knowledgeable about the hotel's processes. The only issue I encountered was that only one room key was provided. This made it challenging to manage room entry on several occasions when my spouse and I returned at different times.

Clean and well maintained room with a very good restaurant and coffee shop. The staff are rigid on early checkins, but very warm otherwise. It is close proximity to business district and you get the taxis very easily. Will hopefully be back at this property soon.
