Ibis Budget Hyères Centre-Ville

A very bad experience. It was impossible to park at the hotel, as there is no actual parking available for guests. The spaces were constantly occupied, forcing me to park very far away. The room had a strong sewer smell, which was really unpleasant. Furthermore, it was far too small for two people. It was impossible to move around without constantly bumping into each other. The worst part was the receptionist's attitude. I simply asked her if it was possible to have a late check-out for a fee. Instead of answering calmly, she started speaking to me aggressively, shouting that there was no such thing as a late check-out during the off-season and that I would have to book another full night. I was prepared to pay for an extra night, but her attitude and complete lack of professionalism completely dissuaded me. Finally, when it was time for me to leave, she came in, slammed the door, and yelled at me to leave. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. There are much more welcoming and respectful establishments available.

The hotel is old but the staff are friendly, and it has a swimming pool and garden, which is helpful. It's about a 15-minute walk to the town center and a 10-minute walk to the beach, so it's convenient.

The hotel staff were very efficient, friendly, and competent. The only problem was finding parking. Otherwise, I recommend this hotel.

Chambre propre dans l ensemble mais la salle de bain tout le ménage est à revoir Poils dans la douche, poussière sur le support à papier wc, paroie de douche sale, crasse en bas de la paroie de douche et on me dit que c est de la moisissure mais en passant le doigt y avait bien de la crasse Je ne remettrai pas les pieds dans cet endroit car plus de 100€ pour une nuit c est excessif Petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qu il y avait au buffet Pas de parking pour l hôtel difficile de trouver une place

Un hotel de la chaîne Ibis qui commence à vieillir. Une propreté de la chambre moyenne (ch. 202) le tabouret est très sale, la décoration au dessus du lit est juste "entreposée" dans la chambre, sanitaire propres malgrès une forte odeur d’évacuation émanant de la douche. La porte principale de la chambre force pour fermer ... Bref, un hotel qui mériterait une petite rénovation des biens d’usage (porte, douche, poignées..) Parcontre l’employé qui m’a acceuilli était extrèmement sympathique, j’ai eu un super accueil

Si on enlève le fait, tu ne mériterais d'être rafraîchit et que le parking quand il est plein, c'est un enfer pour se garer pour le reste pas grand-chose à dire bien situé en centre-ville
