just returned on 18/04/24,from going into hotel ,it was all modern the open plan area was beautiful,there is 2 pools 1 is on the beach lovely with the sea view,,2 small nos,1 is don't sell beer eg guiness or english just lager.2 is no entertainment which if anyone can't go out to walk ,could be a long night with no entertainment,would definetly return for another holiday,many thanks...a super

Excellent hotel to visit as a couple located on beach front and ideal to walk either into San Antonio Bay or to the West End it was quiet as expected but we booked it purposely for this reason the hotel did not disappoint we had clean towels every day. The rooms have been refurbished to accommodate the toilet and shower into the room behind a glass door this is not to everyone’s satisfaction however enabling sufficient privacy. We would be looking to return again

On arrival we were surprised to see the hotel was even better in person than on pictures, it is absolutely beautiful, so clean, modern and one of the nicest we have been to. Lovely drink on arrival and fantastic spacious bedrooms with an even better shower! Breakfast was lovely with lots of options too- we went as a family for my sons 21st- last day was a let down, on his 3rd visit to the spa(at an extra cost) he had his phone stolen! We looked everywhere and reported this to reception staff at the spa and also main reception- they didn’t seem very interested and told us to phone the police, I asked them to check the cctv? They then got very defensive and spoke in Spanish between them selves? They said non residents can use the spa and they don’t take details so couldn’t help? We obviously called our phone company and blocked the phone and went to the police who were even more unhelpful and rude, and just gave us a form to fill out! Unfortunately we flew home the day after and heard nothing! The staff could have been a little more helpful and sympathetic.

Hotel is lovely and clean with fresh towels everyday. Room was a good size but found the floor in shower really slippy. We had a garden promo room with a view of the concrete roof over the hotel reception. There was also a loud hum from some kind of generator in a cupboard next to our room. It made the bedside table shake which was annoying during the night. We were expecting more exciting food it was very basic for a spa resort hotel. Evening meal was served from 8pm which was far to late. It lacked some of the basics like ice cream. Check in was disappointing no spa explained or daytime restraunt. It was very quiet around the hotel we did however a few good nights in the reflex bar opposite. On the whole we had a nice time but I won't be rushing back. Staff were lovely especially in restaurant.

Just back from a week at this hotel. Cannot fault the hotel, was clean well maintained, amazing staff. We stayed B&B, breakfast was great loads of options from sweet to savory. We had a promo room which was lovely and quiet for good nights sleep, perfect size for the two of us, fresh towels daily and maids clean it everyday. Hotel was about a 20min walk along the beach, beautiful walk, to the main *****, with loads of bars and restaurants along the way. We booked direct and got a complimentary spa session. Would definitely go back again.

An absolutely beautiful hotel! The room was perfect, comfy bed and the aircon was really easy to use which is great! Really spacious and the balcony was big as well. The lobby is lovely and always kept very clean. The check in staff were great as our room wasn’t ready we were given a glass of Cava while we waited. Breakfast was great with lots of options for food and drink and also a lovely outside seating area that looked over the sea. The pool area was nice and bar staff were friendly there was also pretty much always available sun beds which was nice the only downside to the pool is it was quite cold some days but it was definitely bearable! The walk to main San Antonio was no where near as long as I was anticipating however there is a few locations where you can get the boat taxi which is really cheap and easy! All and all it was a great holiday and I would recommend :) Also I would definitely recommend going to Tapeo a little tapas restaurant not far from the hotel!

Very impressive hotel from the moment you walk into reception.
Large pool area with full bar service and food-great atmosphere with varied music to suit all.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly- breakfast had plenty choice.
Will definitely rebook.

We checked in with a welcome glass of Cava by very professional , friendly and helpful staff. Our room was immaculate, very comfortable huge bed. Towels available for around the pool at €10 refundable deposit. Relaxing ambience around the pools, chilled music. 2 min walk for water taxi, local taxis available regularly. Would definitely return for a future stay and highly recommend to anyone.
