Eurostars Ibiza

we stayed here for 6 nights during off season.... we had a two room suite...living room/kitchen and bedroom with bath....the best part of the room was the double patio with views of the ocean from the entire suite...nice location if you want to be close to the beach....about 20 minute walk into old town....it a lot of shops and restaurants open, but still plenty of choices off season...the room was very clean and the staff delightful.... we did not have breakfast ,since we had a kitchen...the indoor hot tub,sauna and steam room were a bonus....unfortunately, the hot tub was way too cold...we really enjoyed our stay😀

Avoid Avoid avoid! Booked and paid in full but hotel has cancelled as they made an error and loaded incorrect rates. As a travel consultant I have worked with many reputable hoteliers who would own their mistake. This sadly isn’t a reputable hotelier! They have made the mistake and now I am out of pocket as flights ect have been booked and paid for! If you want peace of mind that you will actually have a confirmed booking after paying in full then this hotel is not for for you! Absolute cowboys!

Hotel was lovely and in centre of town for easy access to restaurants and shops . The staff at this hotel were all excellent but the breakfast lounge was was superb and the waiter there Jairo , needs a special mention . A very pleasant , welcoming young man . He went to great lengths to please and serve , making sure all my needs were met . He is a credit to this hotel . Even though all the staff were great, he stood above . I was also pleased with room and the cleaning staff . Thank you , I would definitely stay here again !

Very nice hotel, quiet, fresh and clean. The staff was very helpful with any needs, including helping out with getting taxis which is quite tricky in Ibiza. The breakfast offers many diff options and there is the possibility of getting beach towels and taking a shower after check-out.

We stayed at the Eurostars Ibiza hotel for 2-nights. Adrian and the manager were incredible, they gave us the best suite available and were extremely helpful and welcoming during our stay, treated like VIP's - we will definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. It was beyond my expectations. The location was perfect for my family’s stay. It was only a 20 minute walk to the harbour area. We only sampled the continental buffet and poolside menu at the hotel but there was plenty of choice of foods and drinks available and food was restocked regularly and there was obvious attention to detail. The views were exceptional from the terrace, and the promenade and beach were close by. Our suite was larger than I was expecting, it was clean and stylish and was an extremely comfortable and we had the luxury of being able to go out of our suite straight onto poolside. The terrace area as well as the infinity pool was cleaned regularly as was all of the hotel. There was a lifeguard on duty poolside, comfortable sun beds, towels provided. All the staff throughout the whole of the hotel were courteous, friendly, helpful and informative. As our stay was short we did not have time to make use of the gym or to partake in the various treatments that were available but what we did see looked extremely professional and inviting. This trip was already special as I fulfilled a long-standing promise to my daughters; our hotel experience was the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate in returning to this first class hotel. If I could rate as 10 out 10, I would.
