Ocean Drive Ibiza

The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. The location offers easy access to tourist areas. Guests praise the exceptional cleanliness and breakfast quality. Some find it overpriced without included amenities.

Stayed here for five nights end of April start of May. Hotel is about a half hour steady walk to the old town which we didn’t mind, across the road from the marina where there are numerous restaurants (not all open at time of visit), there is a mini supermarket at the marina and one two mins around the corner and a lovely walk along Talamanca Beach again just round the corner. Overall there are positives and a few things that would put us off returning unfortunately. Positives: * Hotel staff are lovely and friendly * Hotel was nice and clean & room cleaned every day with fresh towels. * Nice touches were added like welcome drink vouchers and a personal note, crisps and chocolate left in the room on arrival. * safe room to leave baggage on departure and nice toilet area off receipt ion to change in before we left. Negatives: * we booked a delux room which was supposed to have a Mountain View which it didn’t all we had was a power line some trees and a roundabout.(see pics). * room was tiny, we had two suitcases and struggled to find somewhere to put them, eventually leaving them behind the curtains. * room description made it sound these rooms have all amenities such as iron and tea and coffee but had neither. * space for clothes was limited (no drawers). * safe did not work despite our best efforts. * bathroom needs an update, wasted space in there with a tiny outdated cubicle shower. Tiles looked grubby * road outside was noisy as were people coming in and out during the night as we were above reception. * the complimentary drinks voucher we tried to use in the sky bar and we were told it was only for specific drinks which they were not serving, so we never got to use this. Overall we liked some aspects location & staff but would not stay again.

Great location with easy access to Ibiza tourist areas. Lovely hotel with great staff a few small issues, no tea/coffee facilities in rooms, uncomfortable pool beds, lack of bar serving staff. Beautiful hotel with fantastic rooms, breakfast perfect
