A great disappointment, as in other hotels in Ibiza that have four-star prices and two-star services and on some occasions a hostel. The room was large, a small 1980's apartment with a fairly regular facelift. The decoration was nice but the raw material was bad. The bathroom was very old, the toilet was made of plastic (it had been a while since I had seen one), the shower was raised, my husband, who is 1'95 m tall, could not fit in it!!!! The doors did not close, the telephone was very bad, it was dirty and hardly any water came out. We also did not find a bath mat and the towels were 300gr (poor quality). The faucet in the sink was old and worn and there was no space to put personal belongings. The living room table was old and broken, you couldn't eat on it. The terrace door was very old, heavy and creaked. The bed was attached to the closet, in which I found the blister pack of a toothbrush that was not removed from other customers. To top it off we were told at reception that the rooms are cleaned every two days!!!! You pay €190 and they don't clean!!!!!! All this would not be so decisive if they had not charged us €190 per night. I am very used to traveling in hotels and I know the services that a hotel of this price offers. The Casa Victoria hotel does not correspond to the price category it charges, so I do not recommend it at all.....
