KandoStay Kujyukuri Park Garden

The facility was generally clean and had toys and play equipment, so it was good for families with children. The BBQ charcoal burned out quickly and although the listing stated bath towels were provided, there were none, which was disappointing. Also, the pump used to inflate the play equipment in the garden was broken, so it would have been better if it had worked. The noise from the group of motorbikes was loud, so it wasn't suitable for my son who is hypersensitive to sound, but if you don't mind the noise, it's a great facility!

This was my first time staying at this inn, and it was a wonderful one. I was a little concerned about the exterior and how difficult it was to find, but the service was excellent. They responded quickly to my email questions. They also provided free pet supplies like pet sheets and bath bombs, and as part of their winter warmth campaign, they offered free use of the BBQ set and bonfire, which normally cost 4,000-6,000 yen. A charger was also included. The BBQ set came with paper plates and cups, which were thoughtful touches that were wonderful. The interior was also very beautiful, and there was a large, beautiful garden. I had a very fulfilling time. I highly recommend this inn, and I think it's an incredible place, especially for those who want to stay with their pets.

I was looking for a place to stay with my dog and found this one! While most hotels charge for pets, this one is free, so I was able to enjoy time with my dog without any worries. The garden is also fenced in on all sides, so he could play freely like in a dog run. Overall, I was very satisfied with my excellent accommodation, but the lack of hangers to hang my jacket was a bit of a problem. If I have another chance, I'll bring one with me. Also, the microwave was broken, so I couldn't heat up the food I'd bought. While it's understandable that they can't immediately provide a replacement, it was an inconvenience, and it was disappointing. This inn only opened a few months ago, so I look forward to seeing what they do in the future! Thanks to them, it was a fun trip! Thank you ♪
