Both the building and the room were new and I was able to spend a pleasant time. Also, the correspondence of the woman at the front desk was very polite and nice. However, if you want to say that the only thing that is free service is soft drink (self) when entering the room, so I felt a little unsatisfactory as a hotel of this kind these days.
