Really nice place but we had very little hot water on the night of our check in! Hot water returned the next morning.

The hotel rooms are very large, almost all suites, with balconies, sofas, separate desks, etc. Each room also has a microwave and refrigerator, located opposite the bathroom. The rooms themselves are clean, but the balconies are multi-level and may be less maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful in finding lost items. The parking lot seems a bit rough but is acceptable, as the city is generally safe.

This hotel is nice; this is my second stay. It's located directly opposite the widest man-made waterfall in the US. The rooms are clean and spacious. You can see the waterfall from the balcony. The breakfast, however, is not great.

We had a problem with the shower and they moved us to another room even though it was already 9 pm. Very good service.

This was my first time staying at this hotel. The environment and view were very nice, and it was very quiet. Unfortunately, the location wasn't great; there weren't many restaurants or shops nearby. But overall, it was still a pretty good hotel.

The room was large and quite clean.
