Very old hotel - Quirky room. Great bed and pillows— breakfast in 1st morning was great , breakfast in 2nd morning— a little tired … bot, in the whole , a nice , different , hotel

This is my favorite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Completely charming, beautiful, and perfect! The breakfast is not to be missed. The staff took impeccable care of us. Can’t wait to return.

Cariline of their front desk person is very kind and good at sevice. Cozy hotel with good restaurant. Food in them is tastful in breakfast and dinner.

I stayed here whilst on a business trip. The room was large and bright, the bathroom was spacious and most importantly the wi-fi in my room was fast and reliable.
It's a short walk into the centre of Idstein but be warned it's a steep walk back, a good way to burn off the calories !
Yes, I would stay there again which is the key question answered.

Wunderbar renoviertes sehr altes Fachwerkhaus mit modern ausgestatteten Zimmern. Leider sind die Räume sehr hellhörig, so dass man erst zur Ruhe kommt, wenn alle Gäste im Bett sind (= großes Minus). Die Juniorchefin zeigte sich bei unserer Ankunft wenig charmant und wenig hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich nicht wirklich willkommen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück im Restaurant mit wunderbarem Ambiente. Eine Sache, die nicht nachvollziehbar ist: Warum ist der Übernachtungspreis bei direkter Buchung auf der Hotelseite höher als über ein Buchungsportal? Vor dem Hintergrund der pros und cons deshalb insgesamt nur eine durchschnittliche Bewertung.
