Excellent, Had a nice time with family. Great hospitality. Gorgeous place and atmosphere. Great food specially kerala style dishes in the menu and shocked with the breakfast buffet large varities of items. Thank you elixir hills and Mr Ashish Rajan making the trip memorable.

Food room all good Especially staff good Resort very Beautiful I love resort and all staff stuff is excellent service. Very good. Munnar climate very good And swimming pool near waterfalls gym spa everything good And one more reception in charge one lady good service

Best place to stay in munnar ...staffs are very friendly...very neat and quiet place...room services everything....nice to stay..lots of facilities like swimming pool, spa etc...food was the best quality, all facilities were good and punctual...

It was great stay. Good staff and food was great. I will recommend everyone for a good family trip. Overall it was a great experience. Weather good and other ambience was good. Staff was courteous and helpful. Thanks for a good and pleasant experience.

Staff is super friendly specially 2 lady in restaurant named Lakshmi and Andra are very nice. We are traveling with baby because of both of them our stay became easy. Even front desk staff is friendly. I'll surely recommend to visit this property.

Excellent place to stay. Good ambience and service. Staffs are also very friendly. Equipped with indoor games for famiy and kids. Their natural waterfalls at walkable distance from stay was mind blowing and had a good time. Food and restaurant is very good

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always making sure we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The food was another highlight—delicious, well-prepared, and with a variety of options to suit every taste. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, each meal was a treat. The service was excellent, with everything running smoothly and efficiently. From the check-in process to the daily housekeeping, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. The atmosphere of the resort was simply delightful—relaxing, inviting, and beautifully maintained. It truly felt like an oasis, and we enjoyed every moment spent there.

The property is beautiful and nestled in the nature. While you need to drive a bit away from city but that's what makes it worth it. It has its own waterfall, caves, nature trails and many more. Staff is very courteous and service is impeccable. Vijayalakshmi was our main coordinator who helped throughout the stay for all we needed. Highly recommended place to stay if you are Munnar
