This is our first time visiting Munnar and staying at the Grand Cliff was the best decision we ever made. The Front Reception Manager, Mr.Shinod, and his team were incredible, very courteous, swift, and so polite. The Restaurant Manager, Mr.Abin, and his team were very attentive and served with a smile. And the food was AMAZING! 10/10 would recommend. Every one of them made us feel very welcomed. We have loved every moment here at Grand Cliff.

Recently I been there witj family. Awesome experience...... The resort which completely matches with 5 star amenities......... Swimming pool, hospitality, the view from balcony, outstanding dishes 👍. Strongly recommended.......

We visited the hotel on 5th 6th January and it was excellent! Very warm welcome, good food, helpful staff and nice activities for the guests. The hygiene standards were also very decent. The nature walk organised by hotel was very nice and scenic. Overall a great experience and would love to visit again.

Great view with luxurious facilities and services surrounded by lush green trees and tea plantations. The place mankulam which was untouched very calm quiet and relaxed. The rooms are spacious with all amenities also beautiful swimming pool which is added to more the scenic really recommend to all

It was wonderful experience ,nice weather,services also was good especially Abhirami Vwas give proper instructions,trucking experience was amazing when we see the beauty of nature in the morning.food quality was alo good.there is place for camp fire and when we travel as a group it gives nice vibes

The service was really nice also had real fun spending time with friends and one of the major highlights was the food. The traditional Kerala cuisine as incredibly done .Abhirami one of the staffs assisted us very well . The room was also really great with an amazing view. Enjoyed very well.
