We had an amazing experience, during the 2 nights and 3 days time they were treated us a family member. Sight seeing, food, local purchase, route etc... Every were they use to give suggestions, which was very useful too Swimming pool is amazingly located, Food and services were superb, staffs behaviour was remarkable No doubt well recommended one

Excellent place to stay in vagamon Clean and hygien rooms. Supportive and professional staffs. Massive view from the resort. Swimming pool is the main attraction. Food is yummy. You need to wait 25-30 minutes for the food but it's amazing no doubt, breakfast is awesome, fresh hot pooris, dosas and puttu Thank you Vipin,Bibin, Goji, Security Deepu

It's a good hotel with decent rooms and good food. We stayed here just for a day on the day of Ind vs Aus cricket world Cup Final. TV wasn't working, so we had to complain and got it fixed after sometime. Nice big bed and clean linens were provided. Wifi wasn't working at room no. 7 and it didn't work till the time we checked out. Water pressure was not enough for the big shower that they had installed in the bathroom, so it kept on drizzling. Toilet lids were damaged. Exhaust fan cover was making terrible noise, so had to complain for fixing the same. Food was good. And of course there Infinity pool was excellent(though we didn't have the time to use it). Another very good thing was their service closure TAT. Whenever complained they immediately sent someone to resolve the complaint. Overall a good hotel in Vagamon city.

One of the Best Resort in Vagamon , Peace full environment just 3Km away from Vagamon . The infinite Pool is Top notch Service is incredible General ***ager Mr Vipin is very kind guy understands the customer needs and providing you the best hospitality. To me in vagamon a pleasant stay resort with all amenities.

Resort location wonderful and around the views are superb. I stayed 2N here in deluxe room & services very worst. Pros : Location of Resort. Food Taste & Quality. Cons: Food cost high & quantity low. Room size small. Hot water not come. No chairs in room (after requested they given 2Hrs later) No tissue in toilet Mat not available in room entrance. Food Service delay more than 1 Hrs. Towels not changed(after request only they did) Not Smart TV(just LED) Intercom not working (after informed they changed) 2nd Day Water bottle not given(after requested they given) No wi-fi signal at room. No stool for Dressing table

The hotel ambiance and hospitality was really amazing and people who are there very warm and friendly.. I got a nice hotel room and service here. Mr Roshan who the ***ager in kitchen was very good and gave me good suggestions according to the my style of food and served very nice breakfast exclusively to me and my friend.. Overall we had a nice time in this property.. I was stayed 6 nights there and I don’t know how these ***y days are passes.

During my second visit the only thing what I missed was the pool But it wasn't disappointed me much. The service and quality is still in good condition, the food and cleanness of the rooms. They are really good in mind washing, never allowed me to think about the pool. It has been intimated about the alternative pool options, but this guy's never allowed me, kept us engaged with Moon hill, eagle eye point, safari. Vipinji,(encyclopedia of vagamon) Big salute to him. Good property. Location also good. Bathroom facilities can improve. Food is average. Wide area of parking is there. Staffs are cooperative. Overall it was a nice stay to us. Room rate is reasonable Worth for money.
