Stayed for one night with family and were quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the room itself was clean and comfortable, the surrounding areas—especially the corridor and basement where our room was located—were poorly maintained. We noticed dead cockroaches and leftover smelly food lying in the corridor and on the stairs, which was unacceptable. Breakfast was ordinary, and surprisingly, even the sambar didn’t taste right—unexpected for a hotel in Kerala. Clean rooms alone don’t make up for poor hygiene in common areas and subpar food quality.

Very good ambience and hospitality. Pleasent view and better amenities . Kids friendly atmosphere and very importantly we got good south indian foods. Very clean room with nice setup of mini bar. Swimming pool, gym and play area maintenance are really well

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 young children stayed in Room no 205/206. Hotel is located 5 km away from the main city. Its a 3star property wrongly claimed 4star. The rooms are very small with even smaller washrooms. Toilet acessories were substandard. Our rooms were facing the road(Munnar-Kumily highway) and very noisy at night. Couldn't had a proper night sleep because of busy bus traffic probably due to Sabrimala darshan festival. Mattresses were too soft and not comfortable. They have a lovely roof top restaurant. Food was average and service very slow. Breakfast buffet was nice. The hotel also have a adjacent building which has a children play area and a gymnasium. This building has very cute garden and lovely cottages, though I didn't see them from inside. I think one may get better properties in the same price bracket.

Nice resort with alot of scenic beauty. Food is exotic and the staff is courteous. Enjoyed our stay and had alot of fun. There are many indoor activities for kids. Overall, a good family resort to stop by while transitting to Alleppey and is highly recommended.

Pathetic experience- Rooms were dirty, linen was not even dusted properly, ac was leaking, lack of basic amenities like telephone in the room, service staff is mostly clueless. Checkin process took time and then we were taken to two different floors of the hotel before coming back to the reception and finding out our rooms were right behind the reception. Food is the worst, a place in Kerala should atleast know how to make idli if nothing else. Tasteless, cold food was served.

Very nice property and staff is helpful as well. The Private Villas have the best views in the area, especially the pool view rooms. They have a lot of facilities to offer as well, like a Gymnasium, Kids Corner/ play area and a Games room, apart from Banquet Rooms, etc.

Location , behavior of the staff , food, buffet, cleanliness, ambience, everything was so good except the dampness smell in mattress and pillows. Please check on this........................................................... .

I had booked rooms at this property which are pathetic all the lenin in the room are very worst .In the breakfast they have served a cockroach on the morning of 28/05/2024 .Simply when we pointed out with out waiting he has taken away the total bowl .this is the standards they maintain and plz check while booking with paradise holidays Aluva for this

Large well maintained rooms. Many activities for kids to enjoy. It is a nice property. Staff is good. Our room was facing the outdoor play area and the kids could enjoy anytime. The place had a beautiful view. In case you plan to visit keep some time in hand to experience the amenties

The Crown Valley has some scenic views and great ambiance Special thanks to Mrs Remya for for her excellent service. The Rooms are spacious , neat and clean. Amazing rooms and service. Dedication to help customers is what sets apart this hotel from others. My son liked the hotel very much. Enjoyed my stay thoroughly here.
