Excellent Property, Affordable Price, Good Ambiance, Highly Recommended, Calm atmosphere, spacious rooms, excellent staff service, great view, perfect option for family and couples or groups, nature ambiance is unforgettable and minblowing

We stayed here as part of a 2 night trip. The hotel itself is in a lovely setting and should be very peaceful. However the first night there was loud music until 10pm from a private party at the pool. The next night again loud music from hotel until 10pm. When the hotel music finished a hotel guest blasted music from his balcony. This should have been stopped by hotel security /staff. At 10 minutes past midnight I had to go and tell the guest to turn the music off . This hotel could have been fabulous stay had it not been for that.

We spent 2 nights here on our tour with IRIS HOLIDAYS. Stayed in a Cardamon Cottage. Lovely room and location. Very peaceful. Only ate one night due to illness but excellent buffet meal. Stunning scenery in the area.

Beautiful resort with great staff service which made our stay more memorable! Chef Sujith & Chef Jose are cooking some nice food there. Have shared my detailed feedback with them in person. I am grateful that they have accomodated all our requests. Smiling faces from restaurant are Tibin, Shehnawaz, Pre***and & who so ever have served us were fantastic. Sharan played a vital role when we addressed that mattress of 209 is broken and my parents could not sleep well. He offered the next room i.e. 210. Thanks for being so empathetic & hospitable. Akshay is a good team player too. Last but not the least Kudos to the fantastic Housekeepers of Lake N Hills for the crystal clear swimming pool, tidy & hygienic rooms & maintaining the public areas so well! Overall in my opinion, it's not a luxurious property but one should definitely stay there for amazing staff service. Keep it up please 👍

Tremendous resort, very nice service and tasty food, peacefull atmosphere and very good rooms.we are really enjoyed because a swimming pool for playing in the resort, and the service is very nice. Overall the resort is the best choice of a refreshment trip.

Good stay with prompt services and neat clean room and good ambiance . The hotel is away from the city but the location is good if u have a private vehicle Limited optiins in breakfast, which may be improved Some flower plantation also recomomded Food tast is good Overall a muce stay

We went as a family to Munnar there were 12 of us. The property was good. But not great accessibility to the location . the rooms were good and well maintained . The food was good. the staff helpful and friendly. But we were not able to get a campfire , as promised. Not a big property but enough to enjoy with friends and family. the pool was also good. the kids enjoyed it.
