The room was very clean and well-equipped. We booked a waterfall-view room, and the scenery was absolutely beautiful. Monkeys often appear here, climbing up and down on the room balconies, so remember to keep your windows locked. The hotel's swimming pool and hot spring pool are both free, but the massage SPA is an extra charge. For dinner, the appetizers and desserts were especially delicious, but the main courses were really not good (the salmon was okay, though). The room also had an electric heater, which was a nice touch.

This hotel is located inside the Iguaçu National Park, offering a beautiful environment and incredibly convenient access to the Iguaçu Falls. A big plus is that you only need to purchase the park entrance ticket once for your entire stay. The hotel directly faces the falls, so you get breathtaking panoramic views during every meal. The staff are all warm and friendly, and they were very helpful with any requests we had. The food at the restaurant was delicious, although I wish there were more vegetable options. Also, the room was a bit on the smaller side, but everything else was fine.

Extremely convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view. I'll definitely go back. Highly recommended!

The environment is top-notch, you can see the waterfall directly from the hotel. The service is excellent, though the breakfast was a bit mediocre. The only downside is that you still need a ticket to enter the scenic area, even if you're staying there.🤣

The room was great, and the view of the waterfall was absolutely beautiful. The only minor issue was that the window wasn't very clear, possibly due to the hot and humid weather, making it a bit difficult to see outside. The service, however, was excellent. Remember to bring some small change for tips!

Really 5 star hotel location & service. Breakfast was has ample choices and setting was great too. Restaurant food wasn't good enough otherwise it would have been perfect. I left my earbuds behind and the staff went to great lengths to located and sent them to me. Thanks Ms Flores.

The room amenities were basic, and the environment was just okay. The service attitude was mediocre, and the facilities didn't meet the standards of a star-rated hotel. It definitely wasn't worth the price! If your main goal is to see the waterfall, you should stay at the hotels in the Brazilian National Park instead! I requested a room facing the waterfall, which cost an extra $150. Then, when checking out the next day, I was asked to pay over 4000 pesos in personal tourism tax. In less than 12 hours, I ended up spending over $600. For anyone planning to visit Iguazu in the future, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel; it felt like a rip-off! The right approach would be to stay at any hotel in the city center on either the Brazilian or Argentine side and then hire a taxi for a day trip. Two hours is enough time to explore on either the Brazilian or Argentine side. Alternatively, head straight to the Brazilian side of the National Park, buy your ticket, and take the park bus. If there's a long queue, you can pay $15 for VIP service to skip it. Remember! The iconic waterfall shots you see are actually taken from the Brazilian side! So, including the 250,000 pesos for the taxi hired by the hotel (not including the airport transfer), I felt completely ripped off.

It's a great hotel. But be prepared to spend most of the off-time here because it's a far ride to the city and not easy to get a taxi to go to the city center. Provides a lot of activities and friendly staff.

This hotel is perfect! The location is unbeatable; being able to shower and change back at the hotel after visiting attractions is such a fantastic experience. The food at the hotel restaurant is also first-class.

Pretty good! There's a direct path from the right side of the hotel right into the park to see the waterfalls. The room facilities are probably on par with a 3-star hotel in China, not luxurious, but the location is just unbeatable. The hotel's natural surroundings are also excellent; you can see monkeys on the balcony from your room and toucans on the lawn. The hotel's dining is also very good, the fish was delicious. And the cantaloupe at breakfast was also really tasty.
