All the staff were friendly, the location and view were the best, especially the dinner was the best kaiseki meal I had in Japan and Korea, the seafood was fresh and delicious. The breakfast was also the best. I would like to thank the kitchen staff.

According to the advertisement, all rooms have an ocean view, but when I got there, the parking lot was right in front of me. I booked a room with a "sea/port view" (52,000 yen) through a major travel agency's reservation site, but in reality, I only got a view of the parking lot!!! The valuables box was sometimes locked and sometimes unlocked, so I didn't feel like using it. The lights were on all night in the parking lot in front of me, but the room only had a thin lace curtain. The room and hallway were old and not well-maintained, and the torii gate visible from the hallway was creepy (above is a general guest room on the 5th floor). When I asked to change rooms, I was told that "all the rooms are the same." Even so, when I got a room change the next day (probably the best room in the hotel), it felt like a completely different hotel. The hallway and room were well-maintained. I was satisfied with that (special room on the 6th floor). I paid the full price that was set at the time of booking. (A portion of the payment should have been made at the time of booking using a coupon from the booking site, but that discount was not received. This is something we forgot about at the time of payment, so it cannot be helped.) We wanted to comment on the facts so that no one else has to go through the trouble of getting on a plane and a boat, and rearranging their work schedule for a few days to get here, and then have an unpleasant experience like ours.

I booked a room for my relative on his behalf, and when he went to the room on the day, the door was already unlocked and feces was left in the toilet. When I inquired later, I was told that the room where the guest was staying was unlocked after cleaning, but the room was prepared for two other relatives who stayed on the same day with the door locked. Why did the female staff lie? And even though it had been three days since check-out, they still hadn't confirmed what the cause was. Apparently, the relative was given some sweets as a gift when they checked out, but they were told to eat them because the expiration date was approaching. Would they give something that was going to be thrown away? I really felt that it was impossible. I hope that no one will have such an unpleasant experience in the future.
