Very nice place, two very good onsen, and the staff was super kind and cheerful (they obviously have Ohtani/Yamamoto shirts!) reccomandend as it is a very good place to visit one of the most big and authentic temple sites

The landlady was very friendly! The room was warmly heated, and the tatami mats had electric heated mattresses, making it cozy. The Japanese style was unique and tasteful, and the bathroom was very clean, showing a lot of thought and effort went into its design. I arrived on Monday evening and wanted dinner; the staff cooked it and personally delivered it to my room – it felt like home! I chose this mountain inn because I was attending a friend's wedding there. I don't know if I'll have time to come back, but I hope I'll have more vacation time and can return someday. I'm very satisfied with this inn; I really liked it!

A stunning place with very pleasant and responsive hosts! A beautiful, authentic room with a city view, a yukata in your room, and a private onsen included in the price. A traditional breakfast—highly recommended! The only thing is that it's a bit chilly in the room in December, but the heated mattress helps.

Just incredible! We stayed for two nights and I wish we could have stayed longer. The view was stunning, the traditional breakfast was a delight for both the eyes and the stomach, and the two ladies who run the ryokan were absolutely adorable. I loved every moment of our stay and I would love to come back!

Escaping from daily busy life. From the beginning the hospitality was warming and excellent. The front desk lady super duper nice, showed us the facility, amenities and genuinely happy to have us the onsen/ryokan experience. The bath house was nice and clean. The room with the view of the city was just spectacular a delicious traditional Japanese breakfast. i highly recommended this to get away from the hustle and bustle of OSAKA.

We had an early checkout at 6am and the staff was very accommodating and brought us dinner instead of our breakfast! :) It appears to be ran by just two ladies and they were super sweet and friendly! We would love to go back and experience it for more nights next time!
