I arrived around 9 AM and was able to check in early to an upgraded room, which was a nice surprise. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 3-4 minute walk from Ilford station, so it's convenient even with luggage. You can easily access Heathrow, Paddington, and Liverpool Street via the direct Elizabeth Line (which has air conditioning), and King's Cross & St Pancras is also easily reachable. I think this is an especially great choice if you're mainly exploring East London. As it's a budget hotel, the room was a bit small, which is to be expected, but it had all the essential amenities.

I stayed in room 302 in March 2026 for 1 night. I chose this hotel because I stayed there before and I was very impressed. This time I was given the same room again, I liked the room. It has a large comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. The breakfast was really good as I like vegetables and they do great omelettes and fresh vegetables. The reception staff are very kind and helpful during my visit and remembered me from the last time I stayed. The hotel is in very easy access to the underground. On this visit the Elizabeth line was closed and I had to get a bus to agents Hill. This was very easy. There are plenty of places to eat around the hotel including an all you can eat from £11.99. I always have a good Stay at this hotel. There is a kettle with plenty of T and coffee. Some people staying on my floor were very noisy but that was all I can criticise really as it wasn’t the hotels fault. Very kind staff. There is a decent TV in the room and plenty of towels. During this trip and overnight stay I visited the Ramses exhibition at Battersea and images are included in this feedback. A good hotel to stay in that’s great value just outside central London about 20 mins on train.

Due to Elizabeth's line was broken in some station, we can only use the replacement bus to hotel. Location is good if the underground is not always suspended. Price is very high on Saturday, we pay almost 100 pounds for a night.

The room itself was surprisingly fairly nice and quite clean. It seems to have been recently refurbished, as the carpets were newer than what was shown in the older online photos. The TV was also quite decent. However, the service and amenities were not what was to be expected from a hotel. The front desk staff wasn't outright rude, but the check-in process was entirely robotic. There were no smiles or basic pleasantries—just abrupt commands like "ID" and "sign" rather than full sentences. Additionally, they were quite stingy with the in-room tea and coffee; we were provided with two cups but only given a single tea bag. Overall, an okay room let down by a lack of welcoming manners and basic provisions.

Location is great. But in the summer time there non AC room like a extral warm. Electric fan doesn't work in the summer time specially in 30°C hot day.

My family and I booked for 3 nights but we had to leave after one night because of the intense heat in my room as there is no AC and the fans were blowing hot air around. The area is kind of interesting with lots of kebab shops. I really appreciate Trip.com, the female receptionists at the hotel and the Best Western manager in London in particular for sorting it out. Much respect for. Best Western and Trip.

The room was a decent size, the only downside was the lack of air conditioning – just a fan, which made it a bit too stuffy during London's hottest summer. Everything else was great.

The location is just a few steps from the metro station, with a plethora of cafes, restaurants, and bars nearby – truly something for everyone. The rooms and bathrooms are in pristine condition; clearly, someone takes great care of them. The property honestly looks much better on the inside than it does from the outside. It would easily deserve 3 stars if it weren't for the lack of air conditioning. I haven't encountered a 3-star property without AC in a long time.

The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were average. The cleanliness was acceptable. It's conveniently located near a subway station. Breakfast offered bread, yogurt, and fruit, which was decent. There's also parking available (even though the parking lot is a few hundred meters from the hotel, it's a huge convenience for me as I travel by car). Overall, the hotel offers good value for money.

The room was clean and tidy. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. Overall, enjoy the stay.

The hotel upgraded our room for free, and the service was excellent. The room was quite clean, though the hotel hallways were a bit confusing to navigate. While the location is a bit out of the way, it's close to the subway station, making it very convenient to get to the city center via the purple line.

The location was strategic and the staff are helpful. Easy check in. A lot of shop surrounding.
