Excellent hotel and nice staff. Great food at the restaurant. Nice pool. Close to the beach. I was here for a strategic retreat with my colleagues and it was easy, beautiful and relaxing. In particular, the restaurant waiters and the front desk staff went out of their way to make my stay easy.

The rooms should be more illuminated and also have smart TVs according to the times, for a better entertainment system since it has few and boring channels, the internet in the restaurant did not exist.
The staff as always very friendly and the food of a very good quality.

We originally booked this hotel on *******, but when we checked in, we found out that the room didn't have a ocean view. So we ended up paying a lot more to get a better room. We liked the hotel as it was beautiful and we love the location. What we didn't like was the following, no patio furniture as it shows on there photos. It's seems like furniture was also missing, big size with no couch, table etc. The weather was very nasty so we couldn't swim in the pool or the ocean. The Room service was awful and the server didn't bring any napkins, condiments or a bottle opener to open my beer. The food was not prepared well and was bland. The breakfast was OK, nothing great. Over all I felt we had overpaid for what we got. Though this hotel was probably one best on the island. We didn't like the shower as it was tiny and difficult to get to move around. The bathtub was great. I suggest coming here when it's not the rainy season.

O Hotel está localizado em frente à praia, porém não é pé na areia, porque há a avenida para atravessar. Como ficam ancorados muitos barcos em frente ao hotel não é uma boa praia para banho. O quarto é espaçoso e limpo. Café da manhã bem farto, com opção de ovos/omeletes/tapioca feitos na hora. Está bem localizado, cerca de 10/12 minutos do Centrinho de Ilhabela.

Hotel muito bom com excelente serviço e pessoal. Viata di quarta sensacional e as refeiçoes são de boa qualidade e bem servidas. Caso tenhamos aportunidade voltaremos. Poderia somente melhorar o sinal e velocidade da internet, por algumas vezes falhou e foi necessario usar o 5g.
