Excellent and highly recommended! Comfortable, quiet, and safe, with a warm welcome and an excellent staff from reception to the restaurant, room service, and cafe – everyone is friendly and cheerful. Parking is available and free. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the necessities, with a beautiful view of the mountains and river. The breakfast is delicious and varied with a stunning view. (After I checked out, they contacted me to let me know I had forgotten my phone in the room, so I went back and retrieved it... thank you for your honesty!)

Big room and good breakfast

First of all, the hotel reception staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Breakfast was my favorite part; it was very plentiful.

So many Islamic women totally covered up. No alcohol served in the bar. Because Muslims don't drink alcohol they force others not to drink alcohol as well. Although the location is good , the staff is nice and the room is great I would not recommend western people to book this hotel.

Excellent hotel beautiful location and phenomenal experience here with Malak! Brilliant staff, food is top tier with breakfast buffets and oriental restaurant is amazing. Pool and amenities were also brilliant

Amazing stay. Great breakfast witb pancakes , egg omelet, cheese, pizza and salmon Hamam, salt room and pool are opened till the late evening. Minibar is fully stocked. It is a safe place to stay for liberal guests as well.

Good hotel considering there are not many choices in the region,

The time we arrival at Hotel that was construction workers worked at front of entrance and made so much dust. We have to be access in side door. Other than that there are everything very good.

Beautiful hotel, slightly dated but very clean. Good breakfast, friendly egg station lady. Free parking on premises, even have basement garage when parking is full on ground. Stayed 2N, second night hotel has a wedding. The music was loud that I could hear from my room and it went on till 11+pm. Also hotel deactivated my card early on check out day, creating inconvenience when we came back from breakfast. Otherwise all good

Loved everything about it in particular the spotless bedsheets.The hotel is clean and beautiful designed with Arabic touches. The room was huge , the floor of the room was covered completely by carpet , a small window is present and a big bed. Daily cleaning is done. There is a river in-front of the hotel which is a plus. Toilet has good size and is super clean. Location is good , very close to the airport and you would roughly need 20 minutes to reach the center by taxi. Close by there is small mall and loads of restaurants across the corner. Old town is far from the hotel. Depending on traffic maybe roughly 20 to 25 minutes. Taxis cost like 20 KM one way. I saw two restaurants, one up for breakfast & the second located on the ground floor facing the river. You have a beautiful river In front of the hotel. I use to sit and do my readings every morning. Breakfast fantastic. Gym & swimming pool & the spa are all up to date and excellent. My best part was the room, the bed, the bedsheets and pillow. Super super clean . I stayed in 4 top luxurious hotels in Bosnia but Malak’s cleanliness is the top. Unfortunately the hotel will not provide you with iron but they do have laundry services. Customer service is just acceptable. Above all what was important to me personally “the room that gave me the feeling I’m at home” . Highly recommend you to book the hotel you won’t regret it.

Everything was good except the bedroom it was hard. The hotel not have iron.
