This is the highest-rise hotel in Imabari City. I was impressed by the excellent room condition. Just across the street is a street lined with izakayas, so be sure to visit.

Even though I had made a reservation, the young front desk staff insisted they couldn't find my reservation. I was shocked, having to show them all the evidence of my reservation and my reservation number, and then they finally said they'd misread my name. It took over 30 minutes just to check in. I felt really uncomfortable and upset. The hotel is very far from Imabari Station, so I asked if there was a shuttle bus to the station. They said there was, but only by reservation. When I asked again, it turned out to be a shuttle to the airport. And yet they kept asking me, "Do you have a reservation?" Does this hotel not provide any training for its employees? They have no etiquette, are arrogant, and can't even hold a proper conversation. It was the worst.
