"Rooms were not serviced, had to chase up clean towels, TV constantly on the blink due to storms, had to search for rubbish bins, no towls to dry dishes the only good thing about the place was the ambiance...nothing was topped up such as soaps, tea, coffee, milk, if you needed anything good luck finding someone at reception it is like a rabbit warren"

"We loved our stay here. The provided breakfast was fantastic with muffins, croissants , eggs, yogurts, cereal and fruit. The wildlife and surrounding environment is gorgeous and grounds are well maintained. The yurt is comfortable and warm. We had everything we needed to escape and relax for a few days together. The very nearby town of Pomona is lovely (highly recommend the distillery). We loved our time here. The only thing I would class as a minor negative and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is, the road noise from the M1 nearby."
