Quando me hospedo em um Hotel Ibis normalmente tem o mesmo padrão, mas o de Imperatriz é bem abaixo da media. Funcionarios mal treinados, instalações envelhecidas e mal cuidadas, quarto estava sem toalhas e controle ar, estacionamento sujo e café da manhã ruim.
