Reviews of Pier South Resort, Autograph Collection

First of all, it’s not a 4 star property by any means. The building is old, dirty and unkempt. Shady areas inside the hotel. Rooms were untidy. Food is terrible and the welcome reception is a joke - you have to take a service elevator to go to the terrace where they serve stale popcorns and pickle with some cheap liquor. The ownership needs to pay attention…….Very disappointing experience!
