Very good experience! Good location and nice view. We checked in right during the Happy Hours and the snacks and drinks were very impressive. The only drawback is that the room is not big enough.

Great stay! Room was very nice and modern with amazing views. Stunning and cozy lobby. Shower was not hot enough at times but that was the only slight negative!

The location of the property was excellent, you can enjoy full of glacier view from lobby or even your room. Staff was responsive and always ready to assist when we needed something. Free drinks , cold-cut and cheese platters at evening was awesome. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking great experience of Glacier view and tours.

Very good view and staff service. Free coffee and comfortable bed. Only thing is the cafeteria is only opened until 6pm

This was the best hotel which we booked in our banff trip. The hotel was very new and clean as well as the best view with the glacier.

It is indeed not easy to build a hotel in this location. Downstairs is the entrance to the Columbia Plateau Adventure, so it's great for glacier activities. I would like to make a special mention of the beef in the hotel restaurant. It was so delicious and the best I had during my entire stay in Banff. Then there was a sudden power outage in the hotel at night, ahhhh. Of course, I got a call later, but the facilities were really average, so I gave this location a price of 3,000.

The location is very good, just opposite the glacier. You can buy tickets for snowmobiles downstairs. Hotel rooms are tight, so make sure to book in advance. There is also a Starbucks on the first floor

It is the only hotel near the glacier landscape. Of course, in addition to the unparalleled view, the service is also very good. There is a Western restaurant and a Starbucks in the hotel. We help with loading and unloading of luggage throughout the process. Thumbs up for the service👍

The hotel is facing the glacier and has a great view. It is a very convenient stopover to Jasper and the ice field.

The hotel faces the ice field and has a good view. The room was clean and the front desk was nice. There is no lobby, check-in is on the third floor, and it is a bit far to bring luggage from the parking lot. The Starbucks in the hotel is said to have the highest altitude in Canada, and tipping is included in the payment by default.

The location for viewing the glacier is excellent, with shopping on the first floor, dining on the second floor, and accommodation on the third floor. The room has a loft. The glass windows in the front lobby are very popular. You can drink coffee and slowly enjoy the glacier opposite. A deposit of 250 Canadian dollars is required for check-in. Of course, part of it is the tax to be paid at the store. The rest will be refunded, but it seems very slow. The simple meal in the evening is very good👍

There are two parking lots. The lower one is for visitors to the glacier center, and you need to walk up the stairs. The higher one is for hotel guests, but you need to call to ask for the passcode. It's a little distance from the parking lot to the building, and it's very cold. The hotel reception is on the third floor, with an elevator. The main lounge faces the glacier, which is very photogenic. Hot cocoa coffee is provided, and it's very comfortable to sit. The room is also great, clean and tidy, but it's a pity that the heating is not enough and I didn't sleep well all night (covering my face. The 9:30 glacier tour exclusively for guests is great. There are very few people in the first group. The guide Logan wears short-sleeved shorts while everyone else is wrapped up like a dumpling (laughing and crying).
