The bedding wasn't in good condition, and the smell of cigarettes and air freshener mixed together as soon as I walked in. Even after turning on the provided air purifier, the smell didn't go away until morning. It seemed like the smell had permeated the room. However, the refrigerator on the first floor was stocked with coffee, water, and other beverages, and it was nice to have a Styler and most other OTT products.
