Got a free upgrade of room. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to Incheon airport. Great!

The hotel room is nice and comfortable. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It's a good choice for passengers who need to catch up on early flight or night flights.

Convenient transportation, only two stops on the airport metro line, so not too far but just far enough from the airport that there's more food and shopping options. Hotel is directly across the street from the metro, can't miss the signage. The rooms are decent, not the nicest but good enough for a layover stay. Nice beds and shower and staff speaks good English. Wish the airport shuttle info was a little bit more clear, is only for transport TO the airport, not from, and needs to be booked a day in advance (which is difficult when you arrive after a late night flight). And it seemed it wasn't free either. Hotel should maybe update that as one of their amenities as it's listed as free. Also feel like more travelers arriving in a new place need more help getting from the airport than to, but maybe that's just me. But once you get your bearings the metro really is probably even more simple than the shuttle. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had at an airport hotel, so many options catering to many tastes. I'd stay again for a layover for it's convenient location and tasty breakfast.

Great service, spotlessly clean room, free airport pickup (I sent them a request for the airport pickup service via Wechat), and a variety of options at the buffet breakfast.

We arrived around 11:30 to 12am ++ morning for check in the counter lady seems to be not happy to serve us .

Was only in incheon for meetings for one night. Location is convenient and close to airport. Plenty to eat and drink nearby. Hotel has what’s needed for. Quick and simple stay. Would stay again if passing through.

Convenient location,many restaurants nearby. Few minutes away from the train station to airport and downtown. Strongly recommend this hotel.

Close to airport. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was big and clean. However check in time is 3pm and not a minute earlier

Very clean and nice and efficient. Staff was the best and it was easy to move around.

It was quiet and I had a nice clean room. The location is right in front of the rail station. If you have any questions you can contact them by email and they get back to you . Also you get free airport shuttle only to airport. I would go back again for one night . It’s a good choice for 15 hours like next morning return to airport.

A short stay so no time to explore. There’s transportation to airport Lotte mart nearby and subway station Good location

We always stop over at this hotel on arrival in Korea and before departure as it is super convenient for the airport. The hotel is clean and meets all our needs.

Clean sheets and a comfortable bed - but it pretty much ends there. Zero toiletries and no International news while resting between legs of the trip. Close to metro and airport link but not an exceptionally good hotel.
