The room was spotless, and indoor smoking isn't allowed, which is great. The view from the window was absolutely beautiful. Eating options nearby are a bit limited, and it's about 300-500 meters to either of the two commercial areas. Overall, it's a really good stay. One of their slightly plump staff members speaks Chinese, but if your English is okay, you can easily communicate with them in English too. The breakfast buffet is a bit pricey, but the overall value for money is excellent!!!

The location is good, close to Songdo Convensia and Central Park, and not far away from Incheon Airport. I arrived at around 13:00, but the hotel said that check-in would only start at 15:00. I return at 14:50, but they still do not allow me to check in. So dome customers stand in front of the reception desk until 15:00. It is inconvenient for business travelers as often we need to get change to formal dress to go to a business event soon after arrival. It would be better if the hotel follow the usual practice of other hotels worldwide that customers would be given room earlier than the check-in time if rooms are available.

Excellent stay, very comfortable. Its proximity to my workplace was a huge plus, and I loved the abundance of delicious food options nearby. This will definitely be my top choice for future business trips. Cleanliness: Spotless. Facilities: Fairly modern.

My two colleagues and I were all very satisfied with the hotel breakfast! I almost always stay at this hotel when I'm in Korea for business. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a fantastic view!

This hotel was utterly disappointing. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned; it seemed housekeeping had left without finishing, as there was leftover trash, water stains in the bathtub, and even hair. To make matters worse, I found leftover toilet paper in the bathroom – a first for me! Luckily, there were facial tissues in the room, which we had to use for the night. The next morning, I woke up with bites all over my body, which was incredibly frustrating. On the bright side, Trip.com's customer service was excellent, actively assisting and coordinating the situation. I will definitely be staying elsewhere next time.

The room is spacious and luxuriously decorated, giving it an overall fantastic feel 👍🏻. The key highlight is the hotel's excellent location; from the room, you can overlook the entire Central Park and Songdo city skyline. Plus, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, making it incredibly convenient.

Good atmosphere and the building in this location more extremely great located and design. Easy to transport by public transportation and car.

Clean room and quiet place. And beautiful room

Hotel Review I stayed at this hotel in Dongdu and overall it was a very good experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. However, there is one major issue that guests should be aware of: There is no staff member available to help with carrying the luggage. This made it difficult to manage my bags, especially with heavy luggage. Aside from this, the hotel is very good, but having a bellman or staff to assist with luggage would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
