Big room with a bathtub next to window. Cleanliness can be improved. Saw blood stains and hairs on floor. The wall is very dusty. There was even a used towel at the sink. The lightings in the room can be improved as well. Nobody cleaned the room or topped up water. No heater and air conditioner is only available in summer. The staff asked me to open the window to let the polluted air in to have air circulation. The hotel is next to a hospital and main road so the traffic noise is loud. Upon check out, the staff was helpful to help me call for a cab to go to Incheon airport.

The room was spacious and clean, fully equipped, and tastefully designed. Check-in was at 3 PM, but if we arrived early, we could use the free, large lockers with self-set passcodes. The hotel reception staff were polite, attentive, and spoke fluent English, making communication seamless. The hotel is located in a lively area of Incheon, with a bus stop right outside that offers connections to Gimpo (one transfer needed) or a direct route to Incheon Airport. The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, supermarkets, and department stores, making it very convenient.

The smell of cigarette smoke was coming in from the bathroom, and there were cigarette burns on items inside the non-smoking room, which was unpleasant. I probably wouldn't stay here again unless it was an emergency.

I booked this hotel because it was very cheap! It was clean and had all the basic necessities, but I was a bit bothered by the smell. I wonder if it used to be a smoking room? Other than that, everything was fine! It's not far from the station, so it's a good option if you're not too picky!

The room had a strange layout — a huge bathtub that felt unnecessary and took up too much space. It would’ve been better to have a sofa or table instead. The room and facilities felt old, and many things seemed worn out or broken. The floor was very cold, and the provided house shoes were a bit dirty, which made me hesitate to use anything in the room because it didn’t feel very clean. Location-wise, it’s quite far if you’re traveling by subway (lots of walking), though the bus stop nearby is convenient. The front desk staff couldn’t really speak English, which made communication a bit difficult. Considering the price, I don’t think it’s good value compared to other hotels in the same range.
