Charis Hotel

Very clean, and the service was excellent. There's a convenience store right downstairs which is super handy. I'd definitely choose to stay here again!

The hotel had a great location. There was a Homeplus supermarket right in front that was open until 10pm, and it was easy to find, about a 10-minute walk from the subway station. The hotel was clean and quiet. There were no amenities provided, so I bought some from a vending machine. The buffet breakfast on the 12th floor had a limited selection, but everything was delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

The room was clean and comfortable. I was very satisfied considering the reasonable price. However, one of the two rooms I booked was a bit of a disappointment, so there might be some variation in the quality of rooms. Although my flight was delayed and I arrived quite late, they accepted me without any complaints.

There are supermarkets nearby, and it's less than a 5-minute walk from the nearest station, which even has a 100-yen shop, so it was very convenient. I had requested a taxi to the airport at the front desk the day before, but there was a problem when the taxi didn't show up on time. However, the front desk staff handled it very courteously, and everything worked out. Well, that kind of thing happens often in Korea, and I felt reassured because the front desk staff handled it properly!

I made a reservation due to a last-minute emergency, but it was better than I expected. The location was great, and I slept well. I plan to stay here again.

The accommodation was clean and the manager was very kind, so it was great.

The hotel I stayed at before going to Incheon Airport! It was clean and wonderful!! It exceeded my expectations.
