The hotel has a good structure and Excel view. The reception manager might be more sympathetic, but the other collaborators are excellent, very friendly. A good, spacious room with a beautiful view, but the travessors are bad and have no reservation in the room, we need to request at reception and release only under availability, despite the bed being excellent, I was a huge back pain because of the pads. I suggest improve this item. . Attentionful staff at the restaurant. . very good breakfast. . Time of cleaning always cleaned, beautiful and sympathetic when crossing with guests, congratulations. My room was perfect every day. The meeting room needs to have a curtain in the window, besides a very clear view of the pool, which, obviously, in a business meeting, I also suggest the possibility of withdrawal from the table, in a training without need of the table, is only stuck.

Checkin quickly, friendly staff. Comfortable room. I arrived around 22H and there was a high noise , outside, seemed to be vacuum from some bar, boate. I called for the reception, and they said that it was happening, that there was no hearing from the reception, but that they would take provision, which was actually done and resolved in a few minutes. So I recommend the front apartments, they are the same direction of the reception. The breakfast is honest, the bad French bread, but what most disturbed me was that the timetable was that the coffee was until 10:30, that is, the entrance until 10:30. I arrived before, but around 10:15, clearly the items were no longer rested and 10:32, came to our table informing that the items would be removed from the buffet. Now who arrived the 10:30H, how did it get? They're easy to fix and the hotel is good. I only thought it was important to leave this feedback so that they could evolve more and more.

The hotel has a very good infrastructure! But the reception service left much to desire, badly humorful, did not give any hotel guidance and did not yet warn that although I had informed that we would go with a 13-year-old child the booking value was only for the couple, and the extra bed was also not mounted in the room, but this was quickly resolved by the very sympathetic camerist in exchange for the reception.
