Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Check in was super easy. Only down fall was the traffic noise from the interstate. Probably the only reason I noticed it is because we live in a small town with no traffic. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay and will stay there again.

The sofa bed and under the bed were not clean and unusable, the pool is not listed as still not open. Just disappointing

Very dirty inside. Needed to clean floor ourselves in entry. Bathrooms did not look like cleaned. Bathroom had water damage to walls. Had a non posted pet fee of $50 tax an unwilling to adjust it. That is near 2 times the normal pet fee

Good price but bedding and toilet are old. The toilet wasn’t firmly attached to the ground.

We stay at this hotel during the nfl season. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. Breakfast is your basic hotel food, but very good. There are restaurants and shopping nearby and I would recommend this hotel.

I chose the location for the purpose of going to the Chiefs game, but the inside of the hotel was very run down and dirty. Staff was very friendly though.

We had a great stay. Staff was friendly,location was good and had a excellent time. Only Con was bed was so hard it felt like you were sleeping on a pool table.

Notified when I made reservations in May that pool was not in service (thank you) but it is still unavailable with no signs of repair being made in October. Parking lot needs to be rebuilt, not repaired/resurfaced. Major building issues are minor that a new coat of paint will fix. Staff excellent. Thank you Sydney.

The listing on ******* stated pool and hot tub but did NOT list that it was inoperable. Has not been working for over 2 years. When I got the email about the pool, it would have been too late to cancel as my booking was a no cancellation booking. Good thing we didn’t need the pool. Take that off of your listing so people aren’t misled.
